Hi, I am Lulu!

I am a Certified Holistic IIN Health Coach (The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York) recognised by AADP (The American Association of Drugless Practitioners), additionally being a Certified Cidesco Beauty Therapist, a Holistic Aromatherapist, a trained Raw Chef (Pure Joy Academy) and recently certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Trainer) and Face Yoga Teacher (Face Yoga Method By Fumiko). I’m uniquely placed to help you.

Face Yoga

Face Yoga is exercise for the face and neck. We know that we can exercise our body, so why not exercise the face too? The method I teach is called the Face Yoga Method; it’s an all all-natural and anti-ageing practice. The face has over 40 muscles and the beauty of this is that you can train these muscles. Did you know that you need as little as 10 minutes to exercise a day to start seeing positive changes in your face?

My approach.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions or good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation to reach your goals.
