Yields

1 large jar / 2 small jars

Ingredients

800 g oats

2 tbs tahini

1 tbs honey

1 - 2 tbs cinnamon

1 teaspoon cardamom

½ teaspoon dried ginger

Pinch of Himalayan salt

100 g sunflower seeds 

10 dried chopped figs

10 chopped dates

Directions

1. Take a bowl and add oats, tahini, Himalayan salt, dried ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and honey. Mix it all together.

2. Spread onto baking paper and put in a cool oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

3. Take out of the oven and lift the baking paper with the granola onto a cooling rack. Leave until cool.

4. Now mix the rest of the ingredients and you are done!

 Store your granola in a mason jar. Enjoy with fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt or any type of milk.
