What is Face Yoga?

Face Yoga is an exercise for the face and neck. We know that we can exercise our body, so why not exercise the face too? The method I teach is called the Face Yoga Method; it’s an all-natural and anti-ageing practice. The face has over 40 muscles and the beauty of this is that you can train these muscles. Did you know that you need as little as 10 minutes exercise a day to start seeing positive changes in your face?
