Roasted chickpeas


Prep time:10 minutes


Cooking Time: 20 - 30 minutes

Ingredients: 

 1 can of chickpeas

Salt and pepper

Pinch of cayenne pepper

½ tbsp paprika

1-2 tbsp of Olive oil

Directions


Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Wash the chickpeas with water and then dry them with a tea towel. 

Transfer the chickpeas to a baking tray with baking paper. 

 Then, drizzle with olive oil and herbs, mix it all together on the tray and put the baking tray in the oven. Roast for 20 - 30 minutes. 

Take the tray out to cool down. Then you can add the chickpeas to your salad, soup, or keep in a glass jar for later use.
