Organic spelt buns

Ingredients
500ml cold water
1 teaspoon yeast
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
700ml spelt flour
A handful of love
Try to keep all ingredients organic as it is better for you and your loved ones!
Directions
Preheat the hot air oven to 220°c.
Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough has the consistency of a thick porridge; this can take a bit of practice however once you get the hang of it, the buns taste even better!
Leave overnight in the fridge.
Put the dough on to a baking pan lined with baking paper so they form circles. A little trick on doing this it to use two spoons so that you get equally sized buns and so you scrape off all the dough.
Leave your buns in the oven for about 12 minutes or until they have a hint of a golden colour.
Take them out to cool and eat!
