Ingredients
1 big avocado ( or 3 small Hass avocado )
4 – 5 tablespoons raw cacao
3 -4 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch of Himalayan salt
around 60 ml coconut milk or another nut milk
toppings, for instance, goji berries, cacao nibs and nuts
Directions
Use a blender.
Add the coconut milk so it’s just beneath the blade of the blender! Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend. The texture should be like a thick mousse. Put the mousse in the fridge. The flavour of the chocolate becomes more intense and elegant when the mousse rests in the fridge overnight.
The next day you can arrange the chocolate mousse in small beautiful glasses and sprinkle with cacao nibs, goji berries and nuts.
