Green Spinach smoothie with berries

Ingredients
A bit more than a cup of water
2 handfuls of spinach
½ banana
2 scoops of protein powder (follow the instructions on the label of your protein powder for the correct daily amount to add to your smoothie)
1 handful of blueberries (wild blueberries if possible)
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
¼ teaspoon fresh turmeric (or dried)
1-2 tablespoons powdered flaxseed (preferable you powder it yourself, but if you have a high-speed blender, then there’s no need to powder the flaxseed first)
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon nut butter
Directions
Add the ingredients into the blender and blend; it’s that simple!
For an additional option, you can add a small handful of your favourite topping
