Sweet oven-roasted turmeric veggies

Ingredients: 

4 – 5 Sweet potatoes

4 Carrots

1 Beetroot

2 Handful of chopped pumpkins

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 – 2 Onion(s)

1 tbsp Turmeric

2-3 tbsp Virgin olive oil

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

*Optional:

Cinnamon to sweeten the dish (it may also help balance your blood sugar level)

Chickpeas (for additional protein) 

Directions

Chop all the veggies, add flavours and oil. In a preheated oven for around 1 hour at 180 degrees. Enjoy… it’s that simple!It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business.
