Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • approximately 100ml of mylk (vegan milk such as almond milk)

  • Any toppings such as dried fruit, cinnamon, cardamom, sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat or cocao nibs

Directions

  1. Take a small bowl and add your chia seeds

  2. Pour in about 100ml of mylk.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in your fridge overnight.

  4. Once it has been in the fridge, add more mylk if you would like a thinner consistency.

  5. Add your toppings and enjoy!
