Yields

1 large jar / 2 small jars

Ingredients

800 g Glutenfree oats

2 tbs coconut oil

1-2 tbs almond butter

1 -2 tbs cinnamon

Pinch of Himalayan salt

2 handful raisins

1 handful raw caco nips 

100 g dehydrated sprouted buckwheat or chopped almonds

Directions

1. Take a bowl and add oats, coconut oil, almond butter, salt and maple syrup. Mix it all together.

2. Spread onto baking paper and put in a cool oven. Bake on 185 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. Take out of the oven and lift the baking paper with the granola onto a cooling rack. Leave until cool.

4. Now mix the rest of the ingredients and you are done! Store your granola in a mason jar. Enjoy with fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt or any type of milk.
