Delicious chocolate bites
Prep Time: 20minutes
Yield: 25-30 small balls
Ingredients:
400 g gluten-free oats
4 - 6 dates (soaked overnight in water)
1 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup ( if you want to make it sweeter)
1 pinch himalayan salt
25 g (1 scoop) Sunflower protein powder with chocolate (optional)
*Optional: Coconut flakes, hemp seeds and extra cacao powder to roll your treats in.
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until fully mixed creating a thick, smooth texture. If the texture is too dry, add more water.
2. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and form it into a ball, then roll the balls in cacao powder, hemp seeds or coconut flakes. ( optional)
3. Voila! Ready to eat. You can keep these little yummy treats in the refrigerator for up to a week.
