Ingredients

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of coconut water
2 leaves of kale – without the
stalk
1 banana (optional)
1⁄2 avocado
1 red apple
Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Directions:

First, add the coconut water in the blender. Only then, put the rest of the ingredients in to the blender.
Blend until smooth… Enjoy….!
Optionally, you can add a small handfull of walnuts – they will give you more protein and contain good oil that will provide you with energy when you are on the run. Furthermore you can sprinkle the smoothie with your favourite toppings.
